Most wrestlers who compete in a WWE ring want to achieve multiple things and that is to become World Champion and headline WrestleMania. Not every wrestler is lucky enough to achieve those things, but competing at WrestleMania is a big deal. WrestleMania can make or break for some wrestlers, as they want to put on a once-in-a-lifetime performance, but it doesn’t always turn out that way. Some wrestlers want to have an iconic WrestleMania moment that will be talked about for years to come. Unfortunately, injuries and missing WrestleMania have caused some wrestlers to never have a WrestleMania moment. Some competitors may have competed at WrestleMania, but some of their matches are often lost in the shuffle due to their counterparts bringing the house down.

13 Ivory

A three-time WWE Women’s Champion, Ivory has only competed once at WrestleMania throughout her illustrious career, and despite entering wrestling 17 as the current women’s champion, it was not a good memory for Ivory. She defended her title against the Ninth Wonder of the World, Chyna.

Ivory momentarily took the lead in the early stages when she pinned Chyna with the Women’s Championship to her back and gave her a few licks. That’s the best thing that happened to the future WWE Hall of Famer when Chyna crushed her in a fight that lasted less than three minutes. However, Ivory never competed at WrestleMania again and did not have a WrestleMania moment.

Six-time world champion Booker T has an impressive record at WrestleMania for a man of his caliber. He has never won a singles match at WrestleMania with his lone victory at WrestleMania 20 alongside Rob Van Dam in a successful World Tag Team Championship title defense, and RVD earned the pinfall victory for his team.

Booker lost to Edge in his first WrestleMania outing in wrestling 18, and the following year he should have beaten Triple H for the World Heavyweight Championship, but that did not materialize. Booker and his wife Sharmell were humiliated by The Boogeyman in WrestleMania 22and his performance in the Money in the Bank Ladder Match in WrestleMania 23 it was forgettable. Booker’s final WrestleMania outing was in a multi-man match at WrestleMania 28 as he represented Team Teddy but they lost to Team Johnny.

Shockingly, former WWE Champion Big E has never won at WrestleMania. He is 0-5 at WrestleMania and his last appearance at WrestleMania was on WrestleMania 37 when he defended the Intercontinental Championship against Apollo Crews, and lost the title to him.

Big E along with his fellow New Day members may have hosted WrestleMania 33 and announced the return of the Hardy Boyz to WWE. Big E hasn’t had a standout moment at WrestleMania unlike Kofi Kingston who had the iconic moment for him when he defeated Daniel Bryan for the WWE Championship at WrestleMania 35

9 lita

Lita WrestleMania 32

Without a doubt, Lita is considered one of the pioneering women who helped put the focus on the action inside the ring instead of the appearance of the artists. While her legacy has become a Hall of Fame career, her WrestleMania legacy is much emptier.

With only one loss in the Women’s Championship in wrestling 18 To her credit, Lita did not wrestle at any other time on the grandest stage of all. In addition to being a small fixture in TLC 2 and the Edge vs. Mick Foley street fight, she was largely absent from WrestleMania in her career.

Lita will compete in just her second WrestleMania match at WrestleMania 39 which will be his first WrestleMania match in 21 years. She is one half of the WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions alongside Becky Lynch and they will team up with Trish Stratus to take on Damage CTRL’s Bayley, Dakota Kai and Iyo Sky in a six-woman tag team match.

Junkyard Dog

His popularity made him a major wrestler. half a poster for the company, but his achievements at WrestleMania were very few.

Unfortunately, JYD never got a win at WrestleMania and was even humiliated during his appearances. As an original WrestleMania performer, he challenged Greg Valentine for the Intercontinental Championship in a losing effort and was forced to bow to King Harley Race during his feud.

7 jeff jarrett

While he shaped the rest of his career in WCW and Impact Wrestling, there’s no denying Jarrett’s accomplishments in WWE. However, none of them made him a big fixture at WrestleMania. With two appearances as the title holder, both matches were largely forgettable.

6 gail kim

WM 26

Much has been written about Gail Kim’s feelings about her time in WWE and how she felt undervalued as a performer. If someone were to just look at her appearances at WrestleMania, they wouldn’t think she was among one of the best wrestlers of her generation.

Unfortunately, both of her WrestleMania appearances were very forgettable, as she was only involved in a multi-woman tag team match and the ill-fated Miss WrestleMania Battle Royal. If Kim had been given more attention at WrestleMania, she might have given her the opportunity she needed to really break out in WWE.

5 scott steiner

Scott Steiner Push Ups

Despite being one of the most prominent singles and tag team wrestlers of his generation from his days in the NWA and WCW, Scott Steiner’s career in WWE was very limited. With just one appearance at WrestleMania, it’s easy to forget that he was with the company for several years.

With only a brief tag team match with his brother Rick in wrestling 9, never appeared again as an individual or as a team. Considering Steiner’s final main event run took place during the WrestleMania 19 season, but he was banned from the show, it shows just how badly that run was going.

3 Dolph Ziggler

As someone widely considered to be one of WWE’s most underutilized performers, Dolph Ziggler has consistently struggled to gain traction in WWE. Despite making eleven appearances at WrestleMania, it’s hard to pin down any of Ziggler’s moments at any of the events.

A lot of Ziggler’s praise has come on different shows or even the night after WrestleMania, but never on the show itself. With his best days in the ring behind him, it seems increasingly unlikely that Ziggler will ever get the moment so many fans feel he deserves.

2 William Regal

Regal vs. RVD

As someone who now gets the adulation he deserves for his contributions to wrestling, William Regal deserved so much more from his WrestleMania appearances. Despite being a fixture in WWE for many years, Regal only appeared at WrestleMania twice, losing both times.

While Regal was always able to perform in the ring as a performer and had a chance to succeed, they never quite lined up for the WrestleMania season. However, whenever he was given the opportunity, he was always able to stand out and would only have benefited from a WrestleMania moment.

1 The hurricane

Hurricane

Despite having a goofy gimmick, there’s no denying how popular Greg “Hurricane” Helms was during his WWE run. With a stunt he was very connected to, The Hurricane flew into the hearts of fans and soared higher than anyone thought possible.

As a former cruiserweight and tag team champion, Helms was a trusted member of the roster. However, he never made a single appearance at WrestleMania, despite being a champion during the show’s period. Considering how undervalued cruiserweight wrestlers have been in WWE, it’s a shame he never got the chance.
