Grammy-winning singer Tori Kelly hospitalized due to blood clots found in her lungs and legs

Tori Kelly, the Grammy Award-winning American singer, is currently undergoing treatment for blood clots after being hospitalized. According to TMZ, she passed out while spending time with friends in downtown Los Angeles and was unconscious for a significant period.

Shortly after that, her friends rushed her to Cedars-Sinai, one of the prominent hospitals, where she was admitted to the Intensive Care Unit. Medical reports revealed the presence of blood clots in her legs and lungs, and her condition is described as “serious.”

Tori Kelly is recognized for her musical achievements, including winning Grammy Awards in 2019 for Best Gospel Album and Best Gospel Song/Performance. Popular songs of hers like “Nobody Love,” “Dear No One,” “Hallelujah,” and “Don’t You Worry ‘Bout a Thing” have earned her a huge following. Recently, she released her latest song “missin u”.

Reflecting on her touring experiences, Kelly expressed her desire to connect with her fans again. The COVID-19 pandemic interrupted her world tour and she had to cancel it, leaving her heartbroken. However, she is looking forward to the day when she can return to the stage and perform her beloved songs together with her fans.

Kelly’s journey to success began when she participated in American Idol in 2010. Although she didn’t make it to the Top 24, she persevered and embarked on a fruitful music career, releasing her debut album “Unbreakable Smile” in 2015.
