Gwinnett police looking for man accused of exposing himself at Norcross-area apartment complex

Master Police Officer Hideshi Valle said the man, who has not been identified, exposed himself to a woman while she was walking to her apartment in unincorporated Norcross at about 2 a.m. on July 23.
