Gwinnett police say the crime response center helped locate the auto theft suspect within an hour of the crime

A suspected car theft was arrested less than an hour after she allegedly stole a luxury car from a gas station late last month in what Gwinnett police are calling a triumph for their Crime Response and Situational Awareness Center.
