Officials: Gwinnett deputies arrest local men who entered schools in Jackson and Barrow counties, triggered at least one lockdown

Gwinnett County deputies have arrested two men who are accused of going into schools in Jackson and Barrow counties, and triggering a lockdown at schools in Winder, according to Gwinnett jail records and the Jackson County sheriff.
