The Black Widow actress recently opened up about her infamous legal dispute with Disney and how it affected her. The “Black Widow” actress expressed her “sadness and disappointment” over the charges that her huge studio leveled at her.
Johansson sued Disney, alleging that the simulcast violated the terms of his contract, which stated that the film would only be shown in theaters. Furthermore, he claimed that it prevented him from receiving additional bonus money from box office sales.
The “horrifying and prolonged” impacts of the pandemic were described as the main target of its lawsuit by Disney, which also disclosed its $20 million revenue. They settled their disagreement in September of that same year without revealing the details.
Johansson recalls Disney’s aggressive response to her lawsuit; she said that she was sad and disappointed. For her, it was such a surreal moment because we were isolated and emerging a bit. She said that she was very pregnant too, which, in a weird way, was an amazing moment.
He further added that suddenly all his attention is directed to this miracle of life. So she had the most wonderful distraction in the world, and soon after, she had a beautiful baby.
