New video has surfaced online capturing Anne Heche’s speeding car moments before the accident. American actress Anne crashed her car into a house on the morning of August 5. A doorbell camera captured Anne Heche’s car speeding down the empty street seconds before crashing. Just before 11:00 am, Anne zoomed past in a blue Mini Cooper and crashed her car under the influence of drugs.
The Los Angeles Times reported that Heche was under the influence of cocaine during the accident. The Los Angeles Police Department is now investigating the crash as a felony.
Anne was rushed to a hospital in critical condition after suffering severe burns. She had severe brain injuries and was declared brain dead. A week after being kept under observation, Anne Heche was declared legally dead.
Anne Heche’s family said in a joint statement: “Today we lost a bright light, a kind and joyful soul, a loving mother and a loyal friend. Anne will be deeply missed, but she lives on through her beautiful children, her iconic work, and her passionate advocacy.
